Seth M. Bostock is a Founding Partner of Bostock, Rogers, & Donais PLLC, Attorneys at Law.  Mr. Bostock has concentrated his practice in the areas of Land Use, Planning, Zoning and Business law, representing clients throughout New Hampshire . 

Mr. Bostock's practice encompasses both municipal board work and appeals in the state court systems as well as representing business clients in every aspect of business from business entity formations to acquisitions and sales.

Mr. Bostock graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and attended law School at Western New England College School of Law.  Prior to practicing law Mr. Bostock worked for Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, a Johnson & Johnson Company.  Mr. Bostock is admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina, the State of New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.

In addition, Mr. Bostock is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Salem Contractors Association, the Southern New Hampshire Home Builders and Remodelers Association, New Hampshire Home Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders.  Mr. Bostock also sits on the Board of the Southern New Hampshire Home Builders and Remodelers Association and acts at the organizations General Counsel.
